I'm looking for a role where I can apply financial management, data validation, customer support, and administrative skills to improve operations, strengthen client relationships, and support a collaborative team.

At Mutengene Credit Union, I manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, collections, financial reporting, and in-depth supplier data validation while supporting clients through inquiries and complaint resolution.

I've also supported marginalized communities and internally displaced people through ICENEDEV, where I developed customer service initiatives, organized reports and correspondence, supported marketing events, and built relationships with local stakeholders. With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Buea, I bring strong financial management, customer support, organization, integrity, and bilingual English-French communication.
