I’m a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with 15+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare medical billing, specializing in Home Health Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). I lead end-to-end billing operations—from intake and patient onboarding through RAP/NOA, final claims, and AR follow-up—while keeping compliance and accuracy front and center.

In my current role as Senior Medical Billing | AR Specialist | On Call Executive – Home Health at Nightingale Home Healthcare, I manage the complete home health billing cycle and handle after-hours operations, including calls and urgent fax processing. I submit claims via EDI, paper, and fax methods, resolve clearinghouse rejections and claim errors, and execute manual billing for claims nearing TFL expiration due to clinical delays.

I’m particularly strong in denial management and claim lifecycle ownership. I actively correct and resubmit denied claims, monitor TFL, track unbilled claims for timely submission, and maintain strict billing records, reports, and documentation to improve performance and collections.

I also coordinate closely with U.S. teams on OASIS, coding, and Plan of Care (POC) issues, and support EVV setup and compliance requirements.
