What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in audit, tax advisory, compliance, or risk management where I can strengthen my technical skills and contribute to quality financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

At Avertis Solutions Limited, I support statutory and external audits, prepare financial statements and working papers, and help clients meet Kenyan regulatory requirements.

I perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, vouching, reconciliations, inventory verification, and financial transaction reviews. I also identify control weaknesses, accounting errors, and tax compliance risks for senior team review.

I prepare and file VAT, PAYE, withholding tax, and corporate income tax returns through KRA iTax. I support tax computations, KRA queries, tax audits, and general compliance matters while liaising directly with client finance teams.

I'm pursuing CPA Intermediate alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, with a strong interest in audit, tax advisory, compliance, and risk management.
