At FM Global, I provide technical consultation and project oversight for Boiler & Machinery hazards, helping clients improve equipment safety, compliance, and operational reliability.

I review engineering drawings, design documents, and maintenance records; conduct site inspections; and deliver technical reports and risk-mitigation recommendations. I also contribute to technical presentations and knowledge-sharing with internal and external teams.

Previously at Oiltek, I supported commissioning for palm oil physical refinery and biodiesel transesterification processes, including pipelines, tanks, cooling towers, utilities, and Vertical Pressure Leaf Filters. I worked with refinery managers on installation, pre-checks, equipment testing, product quality, and waste-management improvements.

At Biocon, I managed downstream manufacturing processes including chromatography, crystallization, enzyme reactions, and centrifugation. I applied Lean Six Sigma and root-cause analysis to reduce raw-material waste by 20%, increased yield from 90% to 95%, and supported GMP, ALCOA, QMS, CAPA, and data-integrity requirements.
