At Bull Force Pvt. Ltd., I gained practical exposure to financial services, customer handling, business operations, and customer engagement. I assisted customers with demat account openings, supported customer acquisition, and achieved the assigned target of 15 customers through direct interaction and follow-up.

For my MBA project, I studied how cyber security and data privacy affect consumer trust in digital marketing platforms. I collected 385 responses and used percentage analysis, ANOVA, and Chi-square analysis to interpret the findings.
