At Dirección de Tecnologías de la Información y Telecomunicaciones, SFyA, I built a Java 17 and Spring Boot 3 microservice now used in production to manage government service requests, including requests with and without payment requirements. I implemented request and batch creation, updates, and cancellations.
I proposed MongoDB adoption, secured management approval, and implemented storage and retrieval of prior and proposed vehicle states to support updates after payment and reversals after payment cancellation. The initial vehicle registration implementation became the basis for other requests.
I also contributed to system reengineering and database redesign, and developed vehicle relicensing functionality in Java 8. At Laika Software, I designed website front ends and developed functional components, refining the work with clients based on their feedback.
