I am looking for a role that allows me to continue providing high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

I am a dedicated registered nurse with a passion for providing exceptional patient care in emergency and surgical settings. My journey began with a strong academic foundation, graduating with honors from Wor-Wic Community College and continuing my education at Capella University, where I earned my degree in nursing. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to patient advocacy and effective communication, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support and information they need during critical times.

My professional experience spans various roles, including my current position in ambulatory surgical services, where I excel in preoperative and postoperative care. I have developed a strong skill set in patient assessment, IV insertion, and medication reconciliation, which allows me to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. My time as a cadet with the Maryland State Police and my leadership roles in nursing organizations have further honed my ability to work collaboratively and lead effectively in high-pressure environments.
