I'm building hands-on SOC operations experience at Ramanasoft IT Services, where I monitor and analyze Splunk SIEM alerts for suspicious activity and potential threats.

I support incident triage by assessing severity, indicators of compromise, and threat intelligence. I document incidents with clear timelines, manage tickets, and collaborate with L2/L3 analysts on escalations.

I've analyzed system and network logs from firewalls, endpoints, servers, and proxies, while investigating phishing emails through headers, URLs, and attachments. I work with Windows and Linux environments and follow SOPs and compliance requirements during incident handling.

In my log monitoring project, I configured Splunk Enterprise on Ubuntu, integrated Windows and Linux logs, and created SPL queries, dashboards, and alerts to simulate real-time SOC monitoring. I also documented phishing IOCs including URLs, IP addresses, domains, and file hashes.
