What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and support GMP-compliant PAS-X MES and electronic batch record solutions, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams through design, validation, deployment, and shop-floor operations.

At Epicur Pharma, I engineer Werum PAS-X MBR and GMBR recipes that automate Electronic Batch Record execution, modernize paper records, and support GMP-regulated manufacturing. I lead testing, mock batches, validation, go-live activities, and shop-floor troubleshooting.

Previously at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, I designed PAS-X workflows, equipment models, state diagrams, Characteristics, formulas, ESPs, and PVLs for OSD, semi-solid, and oral liquid manufacturing. I supported trial through commercial batches while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, and IT teams.

I also bring hands-on PAS-X administration experience across master data, user access, libraries, SAP integration testing, UAT, qualification, and compliance with GMP, GxP, GAMP5, CSV, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11.
