What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead community development work, communicate effectively, and deliver strong outcomes under pressure—leveraging my educational management background to improve impact and results.

I’m a Principal Community Development Officer with a career built in public service through the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA). I joined on July 1, 2013 as a Community Development Officer II, and I’ve progressed through confirmation and multiple promotions to my current principal level.

Throughout 2013–2023, I developed a strong foundation in community-focused work, stakeholder-facing communication, and delivering results even under pressure. I also bring a clear educational background in M.Ed Educational Management (2022–2025), supported by my earlier B.Sc in Adult and Community Education (2005–2010).

My professional strengths include a good understanding of sign language, strong communication skills, and the ability to initiate good ideas for good results. I take pride in being practical, people-oriented, and consistent—especially when the work requires clarity, follow-through, and resilience.
