At Next Engineering Consultants, I led architectural BIM for Madain Tower, developing the Revit model and coordinating structural and MEP clash detection before construction issue. I also directed BIM coordination and authority submission packages for Madinat Jumeirah Residences.
I led architectural BIM production for three mosque commissions across Aljada and Tilal, from schematic design through construction documentation and authority approval. My work also included construction documentation, shop drawings, RFI responses, and technical support during construction.
Before Next Engineering Consultants, I created Revit models and coordinated BIM on residential and educational projects at IDEAS Engineering Consultants, and practiced independently as Usman Rasheed Architects. I use Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for BIM modeling and coordination, and am a UAE Society of Engineers member and PCATP-registered.
