At Setpack (Set Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş.), I designed, integrated, and commissioned a mechatronic retrofit that automated packaged-product handling and 180° reorientation on an industrial production line. The work combined mechanical design, pneumatic and vacuum systems, sensors, and PLC ladder logic.

At ÖzÜ Rover Team, I designed a lightweight, SLS-printed rover wheel using gyroid lattices and topology optimization, and co-designed a differential-suspension locomotion system. For my senior capstone, I designed and built a high-temperature CoreXY 3D printer, validating its thermal system with Ansys simulations.
