Ugochukwu David Akpe

I am a dedicated music educator with a Bachelor of Education in Music Education and several years of classroom and church-based experience. I focus on creating a supportive, challenging, enjoyable environment where students grow musically and personally.

My professional practice spans roles as a classroom music teacher, home tutor, pianist, and music director. I have groomed amateurs with a passion for music who are forever singing praises, and I bring patience, dedication and a strong educational background to every role.

I play piano, saxophone, drums and violin and perform regularly as a pianist and lead singer while directing ensembles and school music programmes. My hands-on experience includes lesson delivery, ensemble direction and mentoring young musicians.

My core values are excellence, respect, optimism, discipline, accountability, patience and innovation. I seek to contribute to a collaborative team where I can lead music initiatives, mentor students, and continually refine curriculum and performance standards.
