What I'm looking for

I'm looking for finance opportunities where I can apply financial modeling, valuation, reporting, and investment analysis skills, particularly in capital markets, real estate investment, or financial strategy.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Finance at the American University in Dubai after completing a BBA in Finance, with hands-on work in accounting, financial reporting, modeling, and investment analysis.

At SMSA Express Logistics, I supported financial data entry, invoice tracking, expense reporting, financial summaries, and month-end reconciliations. At Mike Sport, I maintained bookkeeping in QuickBooks and Excel, managed payables, receivables, and general ledger entries, and supported audit preparation.

I've built multi-scenario Excel models with DCF and comparable-company valuation, and analyzed Dubai real estate opportunities through ROI, cap rates, cash-flow projections, and risk-adjusted returns. I'm particularly interested in capital markets, real estate investment, and financial strategy.
