I’m an Engineering Executive and Enterprise Architect with extensive experience leading enterprise software engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and AI-driven technology transformation. I’ve repeatedly built high-performing engineering organizations by aligning people, process, architecture, and AI with business objectives.

As Director of Information Technology for Software Engineering & Architecture at Red River Software, I led enterprise engineering strategy and technology direction for the Omni Cloud Retail SaaS platform. I unified engineering organizations under common engineering governance, architecture standards, and AI-enabled delivery practices—then turned a modernization effort about 18 months behind schedule into delivery within three months after restructuring priorities.

I architected the Omni Cloud Retail SaaS platform using Microsoft Azure and modern application patterns (.NET 8/9, Blazor, Minimal APIs, Azure SQL). I also delivered the Essentials and Pro product tiers of a planned multi-year cloud initiative in about 11 months through disciplined execution and executive roadmap management.

My signature contribution is the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC), which transformed AI-assisted software engineering into a disciplined operating model through standardized playbooks, governance, and engineering workflows. I build predictable delivery frameworks—helping a lean team complete 520 tracked Azure DevOps work items in one month with an 89.8% sprint completion rate—while mentoring engineering talent and maturing long-term AI adoption.
