Across film, TV, and commercial productions, I’ve coordinated sourcing, purchasing, and on-set logistics for projects including Tab Time (YouTube), Jimbo Show (Paramount+), and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City – The Reunion (NBC). I partnered with Production Designers and cross-functional teams to deliver creative direction on time and on budget.
On productions including Clover (Pilot), The Black Frontier, and LICK, I managed inventory and materials handling so deliverables were tracked and ready for shoot days. I also coordinated vendors, budgets, and resource planning around creative requirements and schedules.
As Production Designer on Brazil, Windows to the World, and Ashley Jones, I directed visual design and resource selection for three independent film productions. I led pre-production planning and remote coordination, translating creative concepts into practical environments within limited budgets.
At TV Globo, through LET Serviços, I managed Art Department script breakdowns, budget control, inventory, and invoice processing across four productions. I also sourced and organized materials with production and creative teams to meet tight schedules.
