At Lodha, I manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash-flow modelling, CRM activities, process adherence, and automation across multiple property portfolios and development projects.

I've developed a CRM tool from the ground up using Waterfall methodology, gathering requirements and preparing BRDs, use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, and wireframes. I also create prototypes, conduct end-user training and demos, and build Excel financial models to identify cost-saving opportunities through budget variance analysis.

Previously at WhiteHat Jr, I partnered with sales, marketing, and operations leaders to manage spend, allocate resources, evaluate investments, and present performance dashboards. My experience at Deutsche Bank, WNS Global Services, State Street HCL Services, and Bank of New York Mellon includes budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash projections, onboarding, and month-end activities.

I'm a Certified IT Business Analyst with experience using JIRA, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Axure, Balsamiq, MS Visio, and Draw.io across Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery.
