At IQ-EQ, I investigate support cases in Investran, reconcile data with SQL, and work through each case to resolution. I also build and maintain SAP BusinessObjects reports for fund and investor data.
At Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS), I built Power BI and MicroStrategy dashboards and MIS reports for management. I automated the monthly reporting cycle and built a Power BI SLA dashboard with drill-down KPIs.
I analyzed MoM, QoQ, and YTD KPIs at VOIS, and ran UAT and quality checks on SQL and Teradata outputs. For the SLA Performance Dashboard, I authored the BRD and business rules, validated data, and supported UAT.
At Deloitte, I analyzed, validated, and reconciled financial-services data and prepared quality-checked client reports. I also worked with SAP WBS codes and maintained Excel reports with calculation checks.
