I’m a final-year Computer Science undergraduate (AI specialization) with hands-on experience building, testing, and debugging B2B AI products at a Sales-Tech SaaS company. I focus on making GenAI reliable and safe for enterprise use, while keeping technical concepts clear for cross-functional and customer-facing stakeholders.

In my GenAI Intern role at Salescode.ai, I partnered with product and engineering teams to design guardrails that ensure safe, reliable, policy-compliant AI agent behavior for enterprise customers. I also tested and debugged multi-agent workflows and API integrations, identifying failure points and improving orchestration reliability through practical automation/API testing and technical troubleshooting.

I engineered and iterated prompts for LLM-powered conversational agents to improve response accuracy, contextual relevance, and task execution—similar to test-case design and iterative quality validation. I also integrated multilingual capabilities into AI agents to support diverse, global customer bases.

Through my projects, I built an enterprise RAG-based customer support chatbot using BERT and Gemini for insurance policy queries, designed to be upscaled and personalized with customer data. I also created a Live Meeting Assistant with a FastAPI backend and WebSocket-based real-time audio streaming and transcription for automated minutes of meeting generation, strengthening my ability to guide technical discovery with customers.
