I am an accounting graduate with hands-on experience in the mining and travel sectors, currently serving as an Accounts Assistant where I manage departmental costs, process invoices, and perform end-of-period accounts processing. I hold a BCom (Honours) in Accounting and am actively pursuing ACCA certification to deepen my technical competence.
My core strengths include accounts processing, bank and supplier reconciliations, VAT and statutory returns, working capital control, and stock take management. I have implemented rigorous monthly and quarterly VAT schedules, led quarterly stock takes, and supported budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX processing to improve financial accuracy and compliance.
