I review biomedical research submissions, informed consent materials, protocol changes, reliance activities, and participant-facing documents to protect research participants and meet federal requirements.

I've built audit-readiness programs, improved review workflows through operational metrics, managed IRB meeting processes, and mentored teams supporting federally regulated research. My work spans industry-sponsored oncology trials, FDA-regulated studies, VA research programs, and institutional human-subjects protections under FDA, OHRP, and ICH-GCP requirements.
