Tamari Nebadze

I’m a neonatal intensive care nurse and final-year medical student based in Georgia. My two-year tenure in NICU taught me that collaboration and care can truly achieve the impossible.

Alongside hands-on neonatal care, I handled day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation across multiple teams to keep operations seamless and teamwork effective. I also find purpose in empathy—helping patients and seeing gratitude and kindness in return.

Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), I’m ready for emergency resuscitation work, including chest compressions, airway management, and AED use. I’m disciplined, adaptable, and energized by high-pressure environments where patient-centered decisions matter.
