At Baker Tilly, I supervise monthly sales tax returns for Asim Dyes and Wide Zone International, and prepare review reports for Waqas Textile (AOP) and Waqas Textile (Pvt) Ltd. I check return workings and supporting documents, identify discrepancies, and report observations for corrective action.
During my work with Asim Dyes, I handled sales and income tax compliance and completed bookkeeping through financial statements. I also supported sales tax audits, notices, assessments, and correspondence with FBR and PRA.
At Wide Zone International and Image Garments (Pvt) Ltd & ELO, I prepared export-related refund claims and Annexure-H workings, and worked on Section 73 compliance and post-refund audit preparation. I’m pursuing Chartered Accountancy through ICAP and have experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
