At Samasource Kenya EPZ, I lead the finance function for a computer vision training data business, overseeing IFRS reporting, audits, tax matters, payroll governance, and executive financial decision-making. I progressed from Senior Accountant to Senior Finance Manager and led the company’s first financial audit within the planned timeline.
Previously, I directed financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and finance controls at Carrefour, where I introduced the Deal of the Week initiative that increased sales by approximately 40%. At Orpower 4, I led reporting, treasury, project accounting, and SOX audits for geothermal power operations, including a migration from QuickBooks to Oracle ERP.
