I'm a Senior Data Scientist at Afiniti, working in the AIDI (Artificial Intelligence Data Intelligence) department after progressing through Data Scientist I and II roles.
My goal is to apply AI and data science techniques to chemical manufacturing, using my understanding of chemical processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and process optimization.
Before data science, I worked at SGS Oman supporting BP's Khazzan Gas Processing facility, collecting and analyzing gas, condensate, produced-water, and debris samples in an ISO 17025-certified laboratory. I've worked with more than 40 oil-and-gas laboratory instruments, including ICP-OES, gas chromatographs, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, DMA mercury analyzers, and ion chromatographs.
