At H&R Block India Pvt Ltd, I develop Angular and .NET Core features for an Azure-based tax application. I delivered an AI-driven Future Tax Insights feature using Azure OpenAI, along with tools for tax calculations and scenario modelling.
I also supported the application's production reliability on AKS. By monitoring Datadog logs and alerts and addressing defects, I helped reduce defects from 98 to 20 per season; core API endpoints handled 15 TPS with zero production incidents during peak season.
Before H&R Block India Pvt Ltd, I contributed to a logistics application at Infosys Limited, developing AngularJS screens and C# and ASP.NET APIs for order processing, shipment tracking, and reporting. I began with an internship project related to Intelligent Image Processing at Elysium Info Services.
