I cover P2P, R2R, ITGC, and automated controls, and work with control owners on remediation and retesting; repeat findings fell by 15 to 20 percent in the following cycle.
At Citi, I led a team testing process and technology controls across the first and second lines of defense. I ran RCSA cycles and managed issues in RSA Archer through closure validation, while reporting control health to senior leadership.
At TIAA, I tested ICFR controls in R2R and P2P and automated recurring evidence collection and control reporting in Excel, cutting preparation time by more than half. My experience also includes finance governance and compliance testing at Barclays and eClerx; I hold an MBA in Finance and am preparing for CISA and CIA.
