I'm leading end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations at Officebanao, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, AP ledger management, payment execution, and AP transformation initiatives.
I lead and mentor a team of three while maintaining SLA adherence, operational accuracy, vendor onboarding, KYC verification, MSME classification, and vendor master data. I also manage 2-way and 3-way matching, vendor queries, payment discrepancies, and management reporting.
Previously at Intellismart Infrastructure, I supervised accounts payable operations for 600+ vendor invoices and 250+ reimbursement requests each month. I partnered with finance, procurement, and treasury teams on payment workflows, cash flow planning, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.
I've earned four Spot Awards and two promotions for operational performance and leadership. I bring hands-on SAP FICO experience, GST and TDS compliance knowledge, and finance operations experience supporting large-scale smart metering projects in Bihar and Assam.
