What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my public financial management, sovereign debt, IMF operations, donor monitoring, and financial systems experience in a role with meaningful fiscal impact and international stakeholder coordination.

At Lebanon’s Ministry of Finance, I manage sovereign debt operations across more than 1,500 active foreign-currency loans and tranches in DMFAS. I oversee 200–250 annual external-debt payment instructions, representing average annual debt service of approximately USD 276 million.

I administer IMF account operations, including SDR holdings, GRA quota adjustments, reconciliations through IMF Finance Connect, and technical briefings for the Minister of Finance and Council of Ministers. I also compile annual World Bank DRS reporting, support World Bank project closure activities, and coordinate directly with bilateral and multilateral creditors.

I build database queries, validation models, and Excel reconciliation tools that improve financial accuracy and reporting. Earlier roles in the Revenue Directorate strengthened my experience in tax compliance, audit controls, Microsoft Access databases, and high-volume data validation.
