I've designed end-to-end experiences for more than six e-commerce, admin dashboard, and B2C web projects at Quark InfoTech, across responsive web and mobile screens.

I led UI/UX design for tech-product e-commerce applications, researching consumer buying behavior and conversion funnels to redesign checkout flows that supported stronger post-launch engagement and conversion. I also made complex information easier to navigate for an education consultancy web app and a government information platform.

As the sole designer for a Germany-based fashion e-commerce mobile app, I created a swipe-based discovery experience for browsing, saving, and messaging sellers. I worked closely with developers to turn research and wireframes into a fully interactive Figma prototype delivered on schedule.

I use direct client and stakeholder interviews to make evidence-based design decisions, build design systems for consistency, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers. Outside product work, I've led a 30-member Leo Club and delivered more than 50 fundraising, social service, and youth empowerment programs.
