What I'm looking for

I seek a school-based counselling or teaching role where I can support student wellbeing, resolve conflicts empathetically, collaborate with staff, and use digital tools to enhance learning and engagement.

I am a dedicated counsellor and educator with experience managing sensitive conversations and guiding diverse student groups. I blend empathy with clear boundaries to maintain safe, respectful learning environments.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Psychology major) from the University of South Africa (2024) and currently serve as a school counsellor and teacher at Kids Kingdom Primary School. I previously volunteered as a group counsellor with Teens@Care Clinic, where I managed conflicts, de-escalated sensitive conversations, and adapted sessions to participant needs.

I am tech-savvy with practical experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom and social platforms to support engagement. I work collaboratively with staff to monitor progress and foster positive student outcomes.
