At Morgan Stanley, I’ve produced ~20 client-ready presentations supporting M&A, LBO, and senior debt financing mandates totaling ~$50M in deal value.

I develop storylines and executive summaries that turn complex financial analysis into clear, defensible recommendations for senior decision-makers. I structure decks so each action title and exhibit supports a coherent narrative.

I build data-driven exhibits in PowerPoint, Excel, and think-cell, drawing on underlying models and sources including Capital IQ and Bloomberg. My work has included a sell-side M&A presentation, a senior debt facility presentation, and a valuation advisory presentation.

I also handle final-turn production, including model tie-outs, version control, and formatting standardization. I’m available for contract and project-based work evaluating and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
