At EY (Ernst & Young) India, I monitor and investigate security alerts using Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike NGSIEM, and Falcon LogScale. I also conduct endpoint investigations and threat hunting, and enrich indicators to validate incidents.
I developed 5+ incident-response playbooks using Palo Alto XSOAR and contributed to a reported 30–50% reduction in false-positive alerts. I follow SOC runbooks and escalation procedures, document incident timelines, and support shift handovers and SLA performance.
Previously, I supported 24/7 SOC operations at Zybisys Consulting India and developed and supported 10+ automated security-triage workflows at Allianz Technology India using Google Siemplify. My experience also includes investigating Trellix DLP alerts at Fedserv – Federal Bank Subsidiary and supporting phishing investigations and incident response across security operations.
