At To The New, I own the mobile app for a consumer OTT product with 1M+ downloads and 35K+ concurrent users. I work with design, backend, and QA on features from design review through store release.
I led the move to React Native’s New Architecture, migrating and testing the video player separately before the rest of the app. JS thread load dropped by about 30%, and frame rate became steadier on low-end Android phones.
I built the video playback pipeline for DRM, live streams, SSAI, and adaptive bitrate. With prefetching, smarter buffering, and retry-with-fallback, I brought startup time down from 6 seconds to under 3.
Earlier, at GreenHonchos, I built shopping flows for Ketch and Damensch, and at Appinventiv I built React Native screens and reusable UI components for client apps. I enjoy owning a feature from design review through release.
