At QuadPlus India Pvt. Ltd., I design industrial facilities including pipe racks, equipment support frames, and process structures using ETABS and STAAD.Pro. I was promoted from Junior Structural Engineer to Structural Engineer within one year and received a Special Recognition Award for my early contributions.
I design steel and reinforced concrete members and connections to ACI, AISC, and ASCE standards, using RAM Connection to support constructability and fabrication efficiency. My work includes technical submittals, calculation packages, RFIs, and coordination with mechanical, piping, and architectural teams.
I have supported projects including Malarkey in Indiana and IKO in Florida, USA.
Earlier, at Shreeji Destiny, I supported construction of a 23-story reinforced-concrete high-rise building, including post-tensioned slabs and the transition from frame to shear-wall systems. My M.Tech work also covered cold-formed steel structures, wind and seismic loading, and differential axial shortening in tall buildings.
