I've led country and group finance functions across BCX Moçambique, Afrox, CBZ Group, Barclays Bank Group, and BOC Gases. My work turns financial performance, risk, and investment analysis into commercially focused decisions for boards and executive leadership.

At BCX Moçambique, I led finance and commercial strategy, IFRS reporting, planning, forecasting, P&L management, working capital, and cash flow optimisation. I led the financial appraisal, implementation, and post-implementation reviews of a USD3 million local cloud services project.

At Afrox, I delivered the ACCPAC ERP implementation and gas manufacturing plant projects on time and within budget, including financial appraisal and post-implementation review of a USD5 million gas separation plant. At CBZ, I led due diligence, valuation, and restructuring work for Optimal Insurance.

I'm a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in finance, audit, manufacturing, banking, and information technology. I bring practical leadership in financial governance, internal controls, IFRS, project finance, risk management, and finance transformation.
