As an Industrial Automation Intern at Cotmac Electronics Pvt. Ltd., I programmed and troubleshot Siemens PLC systems using TIA Portal and SIMATIC Manager, and developed and modified HMI applications using WinCC. I also assisted with panel testing, commissioning, field wiring verification, and system integration.
My projects include a PLC-based automated powder coating system with an X-Y servo-controlled reciprocator, and an automatic car wash system using PLC ladder logic. I also developed a voice-controlled obstacle-avoiding robot using Arduino, Bluetooth, and ultrasonic sensors.
