I’m looking for an IT role where I can support users, maintain systems, and improve network reliability—working with a team that values fast problem-solving, clear communication, and measurable service quality.

I’m a results-oriented IT professional with a Computer Science background from the University of Lodz and hands-on experience across tech support and systems administration.

I work close to users and infrastructure—handling support needs, contributing to reliable operations, and using strong communication to understand customer needs and deliver service consistently.

My technical foundation includes C++/C, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Cisco networking fundamentals (switches, networks, routers), and Arduino-based development for building electronic gadgets. I also focus on website and application development through practical, build-oriented learning.

Beyond technical work, I bring sales/service experience, upselling, and the ability to coordinate and lead in fast-paced environments—adapting quickly based on feedback and performance analysis.
