Shaik Neeha Sulthana

At Greenmark Developer Pvt. Ltd., I worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee on the Mayfair Majesty Villas & Gateway project, comprising 12 blocks with G+48 floors and 6 basements. I gained practical exposure to high-rise construction activities, site execution, structural drawings, quality control, material management, and safety practices.

I coordinated with engineers to support project progress and compliance with construction standards. My training also gave me exposure to project estimation, budgeting, cost management, and construction methodologies.

As a Structural Design Engineer Intern at Bright Infotec, I gained practical exposure to the structural design of residential buildings, including a G+5 RCC structure, PEB structures, and Delta Towers. I developed my understanding of structural analysis, design concepts, and structural drawings.

For my Girls Hostel Building academic project, I prepared 2D structural drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD, including RCC detailing and construction drawings. I’m currently pursuing M.Tech in Structural Engineering and have completed training in Construction Management and BIM.
