I am an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in legal support and compliance. In my current role at The Ports Regulator, I provide general legal support to the Tribunal and Compliance department. This includes drafting summaries and reports, maintaining accurate information in the case management system, and assisting in the preparation and editing of documentation. I also conduct legal research, provide recommendations based on my findings, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Prior to my current role, I worked as a Paralegal at Triviron Project Management, where I was responsible for compiling board packs, attending board meetings to record minutes, and providing legal administrative support. I have experience in drafting legal letters and reports, amending corporate documents, and managing the company's records. I have also liaised with external regulators and assisted with compliance documents.
In my previous positions at the Council for Medical Schemes and VHI Attorneys, I gained valuable experience in stakeholder relations, complaints adjudication, and collections. I have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
