What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to use my grounding in financial accounting, financial statement analysis under US GAAP and IFRS, and advanced Excel to deliver accurate, decision-ready financial data.

At ProcDNA Analytics, I quality-check monthly incentive payouts for 54 sales reps, flagging discrepancies before payroll release. I also review and reconcile monthly TRx data with the client.

I remapped territory alignment from 38 territories across 5 regions to 36 territories across 6 regions. I built a monthly What-If Payout calculator in Excel to model incentive outcomes across scenarios.

I deliver quarterly scorecards, payroll files, and goal-setting files to client sales leadership. I also designed a $250K quarterly kicker to support new-hire ramp-up and regional collaboration.

My finance background includes a B.Com. (Hons.) from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, and CFA Level II candidacy. I work with financial statement analysis under US GAAP and IFRS, advanced Excel, and working knowledge of Power BI and R.
