I've built and supported user-facing applications at EXL Service and Infosys, improving usability, resolving production issues, and keeping critical interfaces reliable.

At Infosys, I developed responsive React and HTML interfaces for ASIR, an insurance platform supporting core policy-management workflows. I built reusable React components, translated business requirements into usable designs, and partnered with backend and QA teams to deliver smooth releases.

At EXL Service, I configure Pega screens and workflows, triage UI issues, test updates across user roles, and turn end-user feedback into practical improvements. My work has been recognized with the RAMP Award, Star Award, and Extra Miler Award.
