What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an audit-focused role where I can strengthen compliance across tax/VAT and reporting standards, run internal audit work end-to-end, and collaborate with external auditors—while growing toward full Chartered Accountancy qualification.

I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented audit professional with hands-on experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews under Nepal’s regulatory framework. I focus on accuracy, efficiency, and proper documentation to support sound decision-making.

Recently, I conducted internal audits for Hexa Business Nepal, including work across a business footprint spread over 7 countries. I inspected account books and accounting systems for efficiency and effectiveness, and examined records, tax returns, and related documents.

At Apex Group, I served as an Associate Finance Manager, where I ensured compliance by reviewing Income Tax Returns, VAT Returns, and E-TDS Returns. I also supported key finance deliverables such as preparing a Prospectus of Apex Hospitality Ltd for an upcoming IPO, and performed tasks including product cost calculation, verification of L/C accounting, and inventory management.

I regularly contribute to governance by reviewing the internal audit of Apex Group every quarter and coordinating with external auditors during external audit periods. I’m Nepal’s CA pathway “CA final” (running) and bring strong standards knowledge through NFRS, the Income Tax Act 2058, the VAT Act 2052, and NRB directives.
