For Astra Voice Agent, I identified and escalated a critical integration dependency risk ahead of release, tracing it to its root cause and protecting a scheduled client demo from delay. I also coordinated the StartupBox launch from scoped backlog to production within the committed timeline.
I standardized status reporting across the three platforms with a template that surfaced blockers and cut status-meeting time by about 30%. I also balanced resources across parallel workstreams and coordinated contributors and stakeholders to keep delivery moving.
Earlier, at Potters Technologies, I supported a data delivery project, validated a dataset collected across Indian metro cities, and built three Power BI dashboards. In academic projects, I delivered a comparative analysis of machine-learning models and coordinated a satellite telemetry anomaly detection system.
