What I'm looking for

A remote or hybrid CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Head of FP&A role owning budgeting and FP&A, consolidation and IFRS reporting, cash flow, treasury and financing, in a growing, multi-entity or international company. Based in Almaty (UTC+5), open to relocation, available in 1 month.

I am a finance leader with 10 years of experience: 3+ years of IFRS audit at EY Kazakhstan and 6+ years as Finance Director and CFO in agribusiness, food manufacturing and hospitality.

I build finance functions from scratch, run budgeting, cash flow and plan vs. actual for multi-entity groups, consolidate reporting across 11+ legal entities, and raise financing from banks and development institutions. I also build long-term financial models and DCF valuations for investment decisions and acquisitions.

I am looking for a remote or hybrid role as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Head of FP&A. I work in English (C1), Russian (C2) and Kazakh (native), from Almaty (UTC+5), and can start within 1 month.
