At Amato Automotive (RP Group), I contributed to a new bags and accessories line, following products from concept toward completion. I also contributed to material selection, pre-production approvals, manufacturing process improvements and quality planning.
For my Transit Trust thesis project at School of Design, Doon University, I led human-centered research and concept development for passenger boarding on Dehradun's proposed Elevated BRTS. I focused on passenger-facing touchpoints rather than civil or engineering infrastructure.
I conducted field research at Ahmedabad's Janmarg BRTS and developed three physical interventions: a ground-level fare/info sub-station, an asymmetric slide-plug bus door and a dual-diameter grab pole. I benchmarked the designs against IRC:70, AIS-216, NBC 2016, UBS-II and the ITDP BRT Standard.
My work is grounded in user research and translating insights into physical design interventions. I use Claude and Vizcom to speed up research synthesis and concept exploration, while keeping decisions and detailing human-led.
