I’m a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of total experience and 2+ years of post-qualification experience, specializing in government project finance, real estate feasibility, and regulatory compliance. I’ve delivered financial modelling, feasibility assessments, and MIS reporting across UP Tourism, UP-RERA, and UPICON engagements, supporting project valuations exceeding INR 50Cr.

I lead end-to-end financial analysis and project finance reviews—driving cash flow and variance analysis, budgeting & FP&A, and feasibility reporting for regulatory submission. Skilled in ARGUS DCF, I’ve served as Project Lead responsible for the full financial reporting lifecycle from data collection to client sign-off, and I’ve built Power BI MIS dashboards to strengthen internal controls and risk management.
