I seek leadership or senior teaching roles where I can drive curriculum excellence, mentor teachers, support student development, and contribute to institutional growth.

I am a highly qualified English educator and school leader with over 11 years of experience in teaching, curriculum management, and skill development. I have served in leadership roles including Principal and Headmistress, driving institution growth and achieving strong academic results.

I design and implement student-centered lesson plans, run workshops for competitive and public exams, and lead teacher mentoring and professional development initiatives. I also supervise student projects, conduct assessments, and serve as an internal/external examiner for affiliated universities.
