What I'm looking for

I'm looking to work in an HR firm, particularly in recruitment, staff administration, and employee relations, where I can develop my professional skills.

At Port Autonome de Cotonou, I worked as a Human Resources trainee, supporting recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits functions.

I drafted administrative documents, including service notes, certificates, and internship agreements. I also handled intern administration and follow-up.

I participated in supervising training sessions organized by the company.

My studies at ISMT St SALOMON led to a bachelor's degree in Human Resources. I'm particularly interested in recruitment, staff administration, and employee relations, and would like to develop my professional skills in an HR firm.
