I lead UX strategy across event management, ticket sales, and venue operations, and designed ticket-purchasing experiences with seat selection, QR ticketing, and wallet integration.

For GoresbridgeHorseSale, I designed high-fidelity AI-driven CRM prototypes and helped redesign the horse auction management system. I simplified auction workflows and designed centralized buyer and vendor management to address data integrity challenges.
